Early morning on one corner of the village plaza, the staff of Restaurant Garzon, readies itself for diners who travel from afar to feast on Francis Mallmann’s food. Across the square, a 3-bedroom house – the third oldest in the village - is ready to receive guests who are family or friends of family. Purchased in 2020 and renovated under the creative eye of architect Diego Montero, Casa 1881 has a ringside seat on village life while also offering rest and restoration in its charming pocket garden.
The Village House has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms: the green Master Room with king bed; the pink Guest Room with two queen beds; the red children’s room with 4 twin bunk beds. A/C throughout, Wifi, housekeeping 3 hours a day 6 days a week , house manager 24/7.
